Vacating Rules
Notice Period: Customer should provide a compulsory 15-day notice before vacating to the warden/customercare Vacating Day: The last day of the month is the official vacating day. • Advance Return: Advance returns will be done within 24hours to customer by management Advance will be returned based on electricity and old due charges Rent Calculation for Late Vacating: ⚫ If customers are vacating immediately rent will be calculated on a daily basis at 600 per day For existing residents Rent/30 * number of days + EB In case of vacating without notice – NO advance return
Warden Collection Rules
Last Day of the month: Warden will make a note of EB reading and submit a a provisional final report rent + EB + old due = total rent to management. Daily Reporting: Daily note and expense to be reported at 10PM to management ⚫ Discount rules: (only if notice is given before leaving) if guests are unavailable for 10 to 15 days -Rs.500 if guests are unavailable more than 15 days- max Rs.1000 customers rent payment after 10th of month, 100 each day fine will be charged
Terms of the Package Offered:
You agree to stay at the Premises for the entire duration specified in the chosen package option (“Commitment Period”).
The discount shall be applicable only if commit to stay at the premises for a continuous period of term as applicable under the Package chosen, from the commencement date of the accommodation agreement.
The discount shall be applied to the monthly rental amount payable by you for the duration of the Commitment Period.
The discount is non-transferable and non-negotiable and shall not be combined with any other offers or discounts unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Consequences of Breach
In the event you chooses a Package option with a specified Commitment Period and vacates the premises before the expiration of the Commitment Period, Brospace reserves the right to retain the Resident Security Deposit in full.
The security deposit shall be retained by Brospace as compensation for any losses incurred due to the early termination by you, including but not limited to lost rental income, administrative costs, and re-marketing expenses
